Bios

Arthur Liss

1972 graduate of Wayne State University Law School and founder of the firm Liss, Seder & Andrews, P.C. He specializes in the area of no-fault insurance litigation and is a pre-eminent plaintiff’s attorney in this specialty in the state of Michigan. Mr. Liss is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Michigan Association for Justice, and the Wayne, Oakland and Macomb County Bar Associations and has served as the chair of the Oakland County Circuit Court Committee. He has been admitted to practice in all Michigan courts as well as the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Liss has been rated as preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell and has also been recognized in the “Best Lawyers in America.”


Karen Seder

1992 graduate of Wayne State University Law School and has been with Liss, Seder & Andrews, P.C. for more than 15 years. She has distinguished herself as one of the foremost strategists of no-fault automobile litigation and is admitted to practice in the Federal Eastern District of Michigan and before the Michigan Supreme Court. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Oakland County Bar Association, the Women’s Bar Association, the Michigan Association for Justice, the Brain Injury Association of Michigan and Inforum (Women’s Economic Club).


Nicholas Andrews

1989 graduate of the Detroit College of Law, where he served as an editor of the Law Review. He has received the highest attorney rating by Martindale-Hubbell and has handled numerous jury trials in both State and Federal 
Courts. Andrews has lectured in the areas of trial practice and automobile and insurance law and has been selected as a case evaluator in the Oakland County and Wayne County Circuit Courts. He is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Michigan Association for Justice and the Oakland County Bar Association. He serves on the Executive Board of the MAJ and as vice chairman of the 
Circuit Court Committee of the Oakland County Bar Association.


John A. Dominic

Mr. Dominic is a 1979 graduate of the Syracuse University College of Law. He has practiced in the area of plaintiff’s personal injury for over 30 years and handled cases involving catastrophic automobile and truck collisions, No Fault, aviation, industrial and consumer product liability and toxic exposure. He is a member of the American Association for Justice and the Oakland County Bar Association. He is also admitted to practice in the Federal Eastern District of Michigan and in the State of New York.
