Attorney Brett O’Shell has built a distinguished legal career focused on advocating for individuals in cases against insurance companies and large corporations. Before joining Liss & Andrews in 2025, he represented clients in a wide range of legal matters, including auto, truck, motorcycle accidents, dog bites, and general negligence claims. O’Shell’s extensive litigation expertise is supported by a deep commitment to his clients, strong leadership skills, and a meticulous attention to detail. Today, O’Shell provides support across a growing docket of cases as Liss & Andrews continues to navigate complex and lengthy litigation.
O’Shell graduated from Michigan State University, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a concentration in pre-law. He earned his Juris Doctor from Wayne State University in 2009. O’Shell is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for both the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan and is a member of the State Bar of Michigan.
